The twin room is brand-new and has a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control. the staff is pretty friendly at all levels. - Good setting, a short walk to bus station, metro and city centre, major landmarks of Lisbon.

Location: the hotel was right by quite close to 2 tube stations, Marques de Pombal & Avenue da Liberdade, which are considered as the major landmarks of Lisbon and mountains. Thoroughly enjoyed Wi-Fi and excellent air conditioning in the room. Very-very nice staff that assisted during our really great stay...

The location of this place was great, very convenient with a subway station nearby and in the downtown area.

The rooms were neat and budget. the bathroom was absolutely clean. - the hotel was fairly clean with incredibly nice staff. - the location was very central, handy near the Marquis de Pombal Square & metro that gives you access to all of the city.

I was impressed with the 24-hour reception that checked me in after midnight, as well as the fast check-out process. the room was nicely renovated and the bathroom spacious. I especially enjoyed the complete breakfast, which included fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, bacon, beans. the hotel is located on a quiet road in a nice area. the staff was kind and professional, and they were always available to call a taxi to my planned destinations. it was a comfortable and convenient stay with great value for money. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.

The hotel had an excellent stay for the price. The location was marvelous, very central, close to other areas, bus stops, and sightseeing. It was also within walking distance from the city center.

our stay at residencial caravela was a pleasant surprise. the friendly staff and clean rooms made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, within walking distance to major landmarks and close to the airport. highly recommended!

The hotel is currently under renovation, which resulted in noise and inconvenience during my stay. The toiletries provided were very basic, which was insufficient for someone with long hair.

On a positive note, the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, although their English could use some improvement. The room itself was small but nicely decorated and clean, with amenities like a TV, fridge, and locker. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. The breakfast buffet was decent, with options like eggs, bacon, ham. The location of the hotel was also quite convenient, especially if you enjoy walking. It was easily accessible from the airport via the metro and also close to the city center.

The hotel was undergoing major renovations during our stay, which we were not informed about beforehand. The entire place was covered in scaffolding and mesh net, making it look like a building site.
